Meaghan Muller

Meaghan has worked for over 12 years as a counselor, coach, consultant, and psychometrician in the field of mental health and athletics performance. She is a licensed professional counselor in Georgia, where she and her family reside. She continues to do in-office and remote sessions with clients all over Georgia and the United States. Meaghan continues to counsel women, men, and youth and has experience in working with depression, anxiety, self-doubt, relationship issues, and communication barriers.

Meaghan graduated with a B.S. in psychology from The University of Georgia with honors. After graduating, she joined the Cirque du Soleil where she had the honor to perform, create, and coach for many of the company’s international shows . After leaving the Cirque, she obtained an M.S. degree in Mental Health Counseling while living in Japan and Russia.

Meaghan began competitive artistic gymnastics at a very young age.  Due to an injury, Meaghan was forced to switch gymnastics discipline, and within a year, she became the Junior Olympic national champion for Rhythmic gymnastics. She later qualified to be on the US Rhythmic Gymnastics Team where she competed and represented the United Stated in many prestigious international events such as World Championships, PAN AM Championships, World Cup, and the Olympic Trials. Meaghan understands the requirements of competing at elite levels, facing the challenging dynamics of team sports, and the high demands and standards for athletes outside of their respective sport.

Meaghan is a life-long athlete and artist.  Her athletic career combined with her professional training has helped her understand that peak performance encompasses much more than physical ability. She is enthusiastic about working with athletes at all performance levels and all ages.  She helps athletes reach their peak potential by assisting them in tackling self doubt, overcoming sports injuries, working through team issues and more.

It’s essential that my clients get personalized and individualized attention that best matches their specific call to our sessions. Rather than do things the typical way, each session is focused on progression, learning how to continue towards goals and moving forward from where we started.
